Hello Dog Owners and Dog Lovers of Hillwood! Our Neighborhood Association is proud to present our first ever Dog Days Promenade. On Sunday August 27th from 3-5 PM we encourage folks to get out and about in our lovely neighborhood with their pups for a walk touring all the major sites of Hillwood. 

We will also be collecting donations for PAWS which helps with support and adoption of household pets. A list of items that would be helpful to donate can be found here. The linked list is long but specific, and includes:

~Kitten and cat foods, Canned: Precise, Wellness, EVO, Friskies, NutriSource, and Science Diet. Dry: Costco’s Kirkland, Royal Canin Baby Cat, Purina One, Friskies, NutriSource, Nutro Max, Science Diet, and EVO (foods must be unopened and not expired)

~Puppy and dog foods, Canned and dry: Costco’s Kirkland, Purina One, Purina Pro Plan, NutriSource, and Science Diet (foods must be unopened and not expired)

~Fleece fabric or blankets to use for the shelter animals’ beds (old towels are currently not needed)

~Cat litter, unscented, clumping, and non-clumping

~Ziploc bags, sandwich-size, and KN95 disposable masks

Our MAP is ready and is posted below! We will collect donations (optional but encouraged) and each person who donates something will be eligible to get a raffle ticket with the prize being a gift card to our local All The Best Pet Care.

We look forward to seeing many of our neighbors and their pups out wagging their tails on the 27th!  

The route is marked by orange dots, and may be followed as you wish. Be cautious; the roads are busy!
